You can record locally per participant, get separated tracks back, and run the audio through Magic Dust for noise reduction and leveling. For a solo creator or a two-person show, it removes most of the friction that usually pushes people into a DAW they don't want to learn.

The AI voice library and text-to-speech are useful for intros, promos, and patch-ins where you'd rather not re-record. Transcripts are accurate enough for show notes, and the built-in clip maker exports vertical video for social with captions. It isn't a Pro Tools replacement, but that's the point. The editor is lane-based and forgiving, and the turnaround from recording to published audio is fast.

Where it gets thin: longer episodes can stress the free tier's limits quickly, and heavy multi-track editing still benefits from a real DAW if you care about surgical mixing. Hosting is competent but not a reason on its own to switch from an incumbent host. For creators who want recording plus editing plus distribution in one tab, the value is real.
