The core productivity features are solid. Outlines, kanban boards, mind maps, and calendars are all views of the same underlying data. Real-time collaboration works well. The mobile apps are better than most in this category. Integration with external services happens through the agents and through standard connectors, which is enough for most workflows without being as extensive as Zapier.

Where Taskade can stumble is depth. If you want advanced database queries like Notion, or advanced project management like Asana, you will feel the gaps. The AI agents are capable but limited by tool access compared to a dedicated agent platform. Taskade is strongest as an all-in-one for lean teams that want AI built into the workspace rather than bolted on. For specialists, the dedicated tools still win.
